These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the zh22 platform, accessible at https://zh22.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). zh22 operates as an English-language online betting and casino information platform serving players across Pakistan, including but not limited to users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

By accessing, browsing or using the zh22 Platform in any manner, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the zh22 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification may be required at any stage.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You hold only one active account on the zh22 Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You have independently verified that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. zh22 makes no representation regarding legality in your specific location.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, as determined at your sole responsibility.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable AML regulations without prior written consent from zh22.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement on the zh22 Platform or any affiliated operator program.

To access betting and casino features on zh22, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

• All registration details, including your name, date of birth, address and contact information, must accurately reflect your real identity as confirmed by valid government-issued documents (e.g., CNIC, Passport).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. zh22 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other individual.
• zh22 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, particularly where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, policy violation or misrepresentation.

All financial transactions on the zh22 Platform are subject to the following conditions. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing timelines are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by method and region.

Payment References: Familiar Pakistan payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are listed as contextual references for Pakistani users. Their appearance in documentation does not constitute endorsement, confirmation of availability, or affiliation between these providers and zh22's gambling services.

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the account, subject to the operator's cashier configuration at the time.

zh22 may offer various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games and time limit are stated per promotion.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless explicitly stated, only one active bonus may be held at a time per account. Players may not stack bonuses without written confirmation from zh22.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on zh22 is subject to specific product rules. By placing a wager or participating in a game, you acknowledge and accept the following general principles:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations are only permitted in circumstances expressly covered by the relevant sport or game rules (e.g., abandonment of a cricket match or technical error).
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the contractual odds for that wager unless there is a manifest error, in which case zh22 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Live in-play bets on events including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football leagues and UFC bouts are processed in real time and are subject to the live odds at the point of confirmation, not the odds displayed at the point of initiation.
• Casino games (live dealer, slots, table games) operate with stated RTP (Return to Player) ranges that are illustrative of long-term statistical averages only. Individual session results are not predictable from RTP data.
• zh22 does not guarantee any specific outcome on any bet or game. Gambling involves risk. Past performance does not indicate future results.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zh22 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions or circumventing security measures.
• Using bots, automated systems, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without written authorisation.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer or any other multiplayer product to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, including falsifying identity documents.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime as defined by applicable AML legislation.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors or glitches in games or the cashier system for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which use of the service is explicitly prohibited without appropriate legal authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or inappropriate communications with zh22 support staff or other platform users.

zh22 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. These procedures may be initiated at account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time during your account's active period at zh22's sole discretion.

• Identity Verification: A valid government-issued photo ID (such as CNIC or Passport) is typically required. The name on your identity document must match the name on your registered account exactly.
• Address Verification: A utility bill or official document confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months, may be required.
• Payment Verification: You may be required to provide evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name).
• Source of Funds: In accordance with AML requirements, zh22 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your account.
• Non-Compliance: Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in account closure.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of zh22.
• The zh22 brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of zh22. Unauthorised use of any zh22 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zh22, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.

• zh22 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times.
• zh22 does not guarantee winnings, successful outcomes or any specific return on any wager placed through the Platform.
• The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
• zh22 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures, data transmission errors or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).

zh22 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, zh22 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — typically by updating the "Last updated" date visible at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying registered users via email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and, if appropriate, close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. zh22 recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it before making significant financial transactions on the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh22 is licensed and registered, as published in the operator's licensing documentation.

zh22 does not operate under a Pakistani gambling license and makes no representation that its services comply with Pakistani gambling law. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and in full acknowledgment of applicable local legal restrictions.
